Is your organization looking for space to host a meeting, conference, or client presentation? As part of your Chamber membership, you may rent the large or small board room, conference room, or outdoor courtyard for full‑ or half‑day use. Please check the
Chamber calendar before submitting a request to ensure availability. All dates are subject to approval.
Meetings for the Blount Partnership and its organizations (Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Board, Smoky Mountain Tourism Development Authority, and Chamber Foundation) receive first priority. Chamber membership eligibility is based on the requesting organization, not the individual.
Some tiered members may receive complimentary room use; however, a refundable $75 cleaning/damage deposit is required. Non‑members may request use of the facilities at the non‑member rate. Rental rates apply to all members, including nonprofits.
A $75 deposit will be collected at the end of this form. If the deposit is returned, the remaining room rental will be invoiced. If the deposit is forfeited, it will be applied to the rental total and the balance invoiced.
