How did you get started? I joined the company in March 2023 as their COO to help build out the foundational operational components of Business Draft as well as to manage all investor relations.

Describe your customers? Like Uber needs riders and drivers, Business Draft needs candidates and companies. For companies, we provide an endless pipeline of candidates, one seamless streamlined process that also includes video response technology and an intuitive end-to-end candidate tracking system. For candidates, we provide an easy intuitive way for them to match with companies and roles they are best suited for.

What do you enjoy most about the business? I love being able to make a difference in people’s lives! We have an excellent team that cares about our customers, employees and investors. We truly want to change the world and better the experience for those searching or hiring for a job today.
